HOW TO RETURN AN OKDO ORDER

Returning to us is nice and easy. Simply fill out the form included in your order. If you can’t find the form, don’t worry, these things happen! Simply include a note with your order number, name and address. 

Next, repack all items in the original boxes and return to us at the below address:

COST OF RETURNS

The responsibility of the product and the cost of sending the return to us is yours. We recommend you obtain proof of postage or select a tracked service where possible. If you are shipping an item back that is over £50, we recommend you use a signed or guaranteed shipping service or increase the insurance value.

REFUNDING YOU

Rest assured, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible upon receipt of the items and a quick check to make sure they are unused. We will refund you using the original payment method, upon which you will receive an email notification from us. The refund can then take a few days to appear in your bank, the timing of which is down to the individual banks and unfortunately outside of our control.

RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty within the first 28 days, please contact us at support@okdo.com and a member of our tech team will be able to support you. In the event of a faulty item, we will refund the full delivery cost and provide you with a pre-paid returns label so you can send it back to us free of charge.

If your item becomes faulty after the first 28 days, you are still entitled to a full refund in most cases. More information about this can be found in our Terms of Sale. If you have further questions after reading this then please don’t hesitate to contact us as support@okdo.com.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You have the right to cancel your order with us, return the products and receive a full refund. You have 28 days after receiving your order (or the final item in your order) to either tell us that you wish to cancel or to send your products back. 

We want to get your product to you as fast as possible which means your order can be packed and ready to go mere minutes after you have checked out. This means we are very unlikely to be able to amend, combine or cancel an order once it has been confirmed at checkout. The best thing to do in this scenario is to use our easy 28 day return policy as detailed above.
