We ship our orders as quickly as possible. This means that we are unable to amend or cancel your order once it’s been confirmed at checkout. We offer a 28 day returns policy, meaning you can return any unused/unopened items to us and receive a full refund.

Here at OKdo we are 100% online and don’t have the facilties to offer customer collections. You can place your order online using standard or premium shipping services and we will aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible.
You can place your order at any time, however orders placed after 3pm (UK Time) Friday will be picked, packed and shipped on the next working day (with the exception of UK public holidays).
If you place your order on a UK bank holiday, it will be picked, packed and shipped on the next working day.
OKdo currently trade in 7 markets – UK, USA, Japan, Netherlands, Germany, France and Italy. For other regions, you can find our approved list of OKdo resellers in your area.

You do not need to register an account to buy a product; just add to basket and go to checkout as a guest.
Estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping partners and apply once goods are dispatched. At peak times it may take a little longer to get your items to you, but be assured we will do everything to minimise delays. Please check your confirmation email for your tracking reference.
