Description

With an HTML5-capable browser and internet connection you can listen to a public KiwiSDR anywhere in the world. This software-defined radio (SDR) covers shortwave, longwave & AM broadcast bands along wtith a range of utility stations and amateur radio transmissions across the globe in the 10 kHz to 30 MHz spectrum. As a custom circuit board (cape), you can link the KiwiSDR to the BeagleBone Green or BeagleBone Black PC by simply adding an antenna, power supply and network connection. You can choose this device in two models: one with just the cape, and a more complete version with BBG, enclosure and GPS antenna. Both come complete with software supplied on a micro-SD card. Thanks to this KiwiSDR, up to four people can listen simultaneously to one radio (each tuning in independently).
