We always aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, and the expected delivery times are shown during checkout and also below.

At peak times we may take a little longer to get your items to you, but rest assured we will do everything we can to minimise delays, especially at this time of year. We work with Royal Mail and other delivery partners, and the recent increase in online shopping and the social distancing in their depots, is contributing to delays, but please bear with us.

Where possible, we always aim to offer a faster premium delivery option for those who need their items quickly, and you can select this option during checkout if it is available in your location.

If you are pre-ordering an item that is currently not in stock, this will be clearly displayed on the product page before you order, along with the estimated date for dispatch.
