The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 has been designed for industrial applications, it is the perfect option to embed Raspberry Pi functionality into your design. Based on the Raspberry Pi 4B, the CM4 has a quad-core CPU with a BCM2711 processor running at 1.5GHz. The compute module 4 differs in form factor from previous compute modules, with additional new interfaces allowing for more capabilities and a reduction in size. This CM4 with Wi-Fi is available in and multiple variants with different RAM size and Flash memory size options depending on your technical requirements.

The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4) has been designed for use in embedded applications where Raspberry Pi functionalities are desired. The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 with Wi-Fi is based on the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B but comes in a more flexible form factor. It contains a Broadcom BCM2711 processor, the exact same processor you will find in the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B but it differs in many other areas including size and layout.
As the Compute Module is smaller in size than other Raspberry Pi Boards, it and can be integrated into industrial design easily. The new CM4 has some new interfaces that differ from previous Compute Modules including a second HDMI, Ethernet and PCIe.
The electrical interface of the CM4 is via two 100-pin high-density connectors. The total footprint of the CM4, including the socket, is smaller with the new form factor design.
