Controlling your desktop arm is easy – simply use one of the many boards such as an Arduino, Beaglebone or Raspberry Pi (simply download the relevant board code from Google). It’s an inspirational way to learn more about the exciting world of programming, electronic and robotics.
Setting up the controller board will demand a basic understanding of programming. If you’d like to take things further, check out the MeArm Deluxe Kit (RS 134-0413) which features a controller plus joystick controls, so you can be up and running the moment it’s assembled.
